Turkey’s Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Ersoy, declared on February 4, 2021, that filming on the project has started in Cappadocia, with further locations to be determined.
Marvel Studios declared that the movie will be released on February 17, 2023, or early May 2021. Rudd and Douglas traveled to England in the middle of June to get ready for the shoot of the Ant-man and the Wasp: Quantamonia. On June 19 and 20, filming for exterior shots and backdrop plates was done at the San Francisco Police Department Central Station in North Beach, San Francisco.
